The second of two seminars by Daniele Macuglia that explore Renaissance cuisine.
What did the rich and powerful eat during the Italian Renaissance? What was a banquet and how was a Renaissance feast set up? In this lecture, Daniele Macuglia will explore refined recipes dating back to the Italian Renaissance, providing an overview of the arts and performances connected with high-society private gatherings.
